Can we judge this? I’m running out of trading money.

Weird – I called the winner, but the other stocks didn’t get cashed out.
Fixed.

The tinkering is starting, though I’m not sure any of these example would count for our market. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/40316967/ns/technology_and_science-the_new_york_times/

Too early?
Maybe we should rerun this after the December holidays.

I think so, and maybe we need to decide what it means for a university to “explore”. If prof posts a demo to YouTube, or does it have to be something done for the university?
BryanAlexander   •   Fri Dec 03 2010 at 05:27pm CST
For now, let’s allow both!

I’m much more familiar with the classroom possibilities than other parts of the college/university, so I may be missing something. So unless you can think of possibilities in administration or admissions, then yes, I think the next possibility for classroom ideas is winter break.

I’m also going to click the little heart button below your profile picture.

I think it’s mostly a question of timing. Very few classes are looking to experiment with new technology this semester. It’s not enough time to even order the XBox or PS3 and play around with the possibilities. Also doesn’t have the “Let’s get in the Chronice. Buy everyone an iWhatever!” type appeal.

Do you think a December holiday spike will push experiments into January?
We can re-run this question then.
